Cubas Caribbean Baseball Elite Prospects Program in Santo Domingo, Dom Republic, he brings charisma, leadership, and experience to guide young athletes on their journey toward personal and professional success.

Known for his responsibility, dedication, and relentless spirit, Raúl is a living example of what it means to work with conviction. For him, every challenge is a growth opportunity, and every goal reached is a chance to teach and uplift others. His humility and down-to-earth nature set him apart, earning him respect in places many only dream of reaching.

Educational Background

Raúl completed his primary education at Unidad Educativa Paramaconi I in Venezuela and his secondary education at Calusa Preparatory School in Miami, Florida. Thanks to his outstanding athletic ability and academic discipline, he earned a full athletic scholarship to attend Western Oklahoma State College from 2015 to 2016, where he continued both his education and competitive baseball career at a high level.

Coaching Experience & Certifications

Between 2018 and 2024, Raúl served as Manager of Club Taiyo Japonés, where he led with discipline and a clear vision for player development. He also completed the Categorization Course offered by the FDPB under renowned instructor Ricardo Miranda, further strengthening his qualifications as a coach and evaluator.

Athletic Achievements

As a player, Raúl’s on-field accomplishments reflect his high level of performance and work ethic:

  • Western Oklahoma State College (2016):
    – Best Shortstop of the Tournament
    – Best Hitter of the Tournament
  • Peruvian Baseball Federation:
    – Best Second Baseman
