Giancarlo Moreno Prensa is a true example of discipline, faith, and service. Born in the Dominican Republic, Moreno was one of our former players who went through the J. Cubas development program, where he demonstrated his talent, work ethic, and leadership on and off the field.

Standing at an imposing 6 feet 4 inches tall, he excelled as a pitcher, always displaying great competitiveness and commitment to the game.

After retiring from sports, Giancarlo decided to serve his country by becoming an officer in the Dominican National Police, where he has demonstrated commitment, integrity, and leadership. Simultaneously, his passion for spiritual well-being led him to become a preacher at a Christian church, guiding young people and families with principles of faith, responsibility, and hope.

Married and a father of two, Giancarlo combines his family, professional, and ministry life with his love for baseball. He is currently part of the J. Cubas Caribbean Baseball Holdings team at the Dominican Republic academy, working in player development, where he imparts not only his technical knowledge but also human and spiritual values ​​that inspire each athlete to reach their full potential on and off the field.
