Elite Prospect Program – Santo Domingo, Dom Republic
Our Elite Prospect Program in Santo Domingo, Dom Republic is a high-performance track designed for the most advanced and projectable athletes those with real potential to sign professional contracts or receive college offers. Players in this program are drawn from our academies and partners across the region.
In Santo Domingo, we develop players in two of the best facilities in the country while hosting players from Latin America, especially from Venezuela, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Dom Republic, Panama, and Nicaragua, in an environment built to replicate professional systems and maximize exposure.

Pro-Style Workouts & Showcase Events
Players are evaluated using MLB-standard metrics such as the 60-yard dash, throwing velocity, batting practice, bullpens, live games, and defensive drills. These sessions are tailored to reflect the structure and tempo of a professional tryout.
College & MLB Scout Visibility
Our showcases consistently draw attention from MLB scouts, front office executives, and college recruiters, giving players legitimate opportunities to earn professional contracts or collegiate scholarships.
Mental Performance Coaching
